Terms of service
1. Acceptance
By creating an Xboard account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
Xboard is a software-as-a-service platform for self-employed creators to manage leads, bookings, deposits, content, and ads. The operator is [Operator legal name].
3. Account and access
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Xboard may suspend access in cases of abuse, payment failure, or breach of these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Xboard to send communications without the recipient's lawful basis.
- Upload illegal content or content you don't have rights to use.
- Reverse-engineer or interfere with the service.
- Bypass rate limits, billing, or audit controls.
5. Payments and billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance for the chosen period. Deposits collected from your end-clients flow through Stripe Connect; Xboard takes no platform fee on those amounts in the pilot. Xboard's own subscription is non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of all content you upload. You grant Xboard a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process your content solely to provide the service.
7. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The operator does not warrant uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may terminate at any time from the dashboard. The operator may terminate for material breach with notice. On termination, you may export your data for 30 days; after that it is deleted in line with the privacy policy.
10. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Exclusive venue: [governing-law jurisdiction], to the extent permitted by law.
